How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Buzee.net account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Email Us
Send an email to our support team at:
support@buzee.io
Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide your account email address in the message.
From Your Account
If you have access to your account, you can also request deletion by:
- Logging into your Buzee.net account
- Going to your profile settings
- Contacting support through the in-app contact form
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, phone, address)
- All contacts and contact lists you've created
- All campaigns (SMS, Email, etc.)
- Message history and templates
- Connected third-party integrations
- Subscription and billing information
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain information as required by law, such as:
- Financial records for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
- Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Information required by law enforcement or legal processes
